We all know the davids are not in it for the good of the club.
Selling while the club is in debt just means more money out of his pocket.
Strip the playing staff until it is on it's knees but still keeping it's head above water in the premier league then jump ship.
Whatever they sell Rice and other top players for just means more millions in their pocket.
The less debt the more attractive for prospective buyers and a higher price can be achieved.
When we sell Rice only a fraction of it will be spent on players.
